This picture taken in Badwater, California in Death Valley National Park. This folks in the lowest elevation on the face of the Earth at -282 feet. It is understood that the name of Badwater Basin came from the fact that when mules were brought here they would not drink the water. It is surprising to me that there is actually water here. That is water in the photo.
