This picture was taken from the end of the one mile up hike to the Hickman
Bridge in Capitol Reef National Park, Utah. The bridge was named after
Joe Hickman, who along with Ephraim P. Pectol are the two men that
deserve much of the credit for the creation of the Capitol Reef National
Monument (later called Park). This view, from under the bridge, shows
part of the 125 feet top opening of the bridge.
